My parakeet has a firm lump on its chest. What to do for my bird?

My Parakeet has a large lump on the left side of his chest. I noticed it today. What can I do for him? He is still eating and drinking. The right side is fine, it's the left that has a firm solid lump. Pet's info: Bird | Parakeet | Male
