My dog has a dry patch on her elbow. Is it a callus or dry skin?

Hello! I was wondering if anyone knew what was on my 4 year olds lab/pit leg. She has a history of dry skin that we treat with oatmeal baths but she’s had this little patch for a while. It doesn’t seem to bother her or cause pain but I am curious to what this may be and if it’s just a patch of dry skin

That looks like the beginning of a callus on her elbow. Most dogs develop these on their joints like elbows and hock as they age from the pressure of lying down on them. As long as the skin continues to look healthy I wouldn't worry about it too much.
