My cat has a burst lump on her skin. What is it and is it dangerous?

Hi, I'm not sure what this is on my cat. It's not a tick and it was impossible to remove with the rick removal. It seems to have burst when I tried to remove it. She hasn't been acting strange or anything so I'm not sure if this is dangerous. What is this? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 17 years and 1 month old | 7.7 lbs
