Is my puppy's runny nose, sleepiness, and swollen lymph node a cold?

My puppy is sleepy, has a runny nose, and a swollen lymph node. But her poop is solid and no other symptoms are showing for anything severe. Her nasal discharge isn’t colorful but she is congested. Is this just a cold? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 4 days old | 12 lbs

It could be. As long as she continues to eat well and behave otherwise normally, I would keep an eye on her for a day or two. If she continues to be lethargic and congested beyond the next couple of days or her symptoms worsen, I would get her seen by your vet as soon as possible. If she is unvaccinated yet, there is the possibility that she was exposed to distemper or another virus.
