My stray cat is wheezing, sneezing, and coughing. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male

I am currently taking care of an outdoor stray that appears to have some form of a wheeze that I am concerned about but do not know what to do. This is sometimes accompanied by repeated sneezing and bodily convulsions. I have a video that precisely illustrates the extent of his wheeze but was unable to attach it below. Is there any way that you may be able to provide me with some guidance as to the nature of his illness so that I can take the proper steps to assist this cat with his condition.

Thanks for the video sent. The episodes seems to be more compatible with a cough rather than sneezing episodes. In these cases upper respiratory tract inflammations/infections and feline asthma are major differentials and should be ideally seen by your local veterinarian and investigated with a set of thoracic x rays as a first step.
