My dog's eye is red and droopy. Is it allergies, injury, or infection?

About an hour or two ago I noticed that my dog’s eye appeared to be red and a little droopy. It was perfectly fine this morning when she woke up. We are suspecting allergies as our area is high pollen. Or perhaps she poked it? Regardless we are worried and want to receive an opinion. I have attached some photos (it is her right eye). Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Female | spayed | 12 years and 7 months old | 28 lbs
