It could be Sweetie is eating quickly and getting food in her nose. Try feeding her smaller amounts of food at a time to see if that helps. If she starts sneezing at other times, then it may be she has a respiratory illness and she should see her vet. I hope this helps!

She could have an upper respiratory infection, allergies, or possibly a problem with a tooth. If it continues, she should be examined by a vet to determine the cause. She may need an antibiotic, anti-histamine, or anti-inflammatory to help treat.

Poor Kitty! It could be that she is suffering from severe dental disease. This can be common in elderly cats, and it would cause her mouth to smell very badly. As for the sneezing, that could be caused by a respiratory infection or allergies. The nasal discharge could also be caused by a respiratory infection and allergies, but cancer is also a possibility. I would have Kitty seen by a vet in the morning. The vet can examine her mouth, do a physical exam, geriatric blood panel, urinalysis, and x-rays to diagnose what is causing all of her symptoms. Once the cause is found, the vet can discuss treatment options.

It could be either, but without seeing her in person, I can't say which it might be. Have her seen by a vet for a health check, and the vet can diagnose if it's a respiratory infection or allergies. Best of luck.
