Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 1 year and 6 months old | 7.5 lbs
Hello My Cat recently visited the vet and it was discovered he has a Gingival mass. His vet has suggested doing a biopsy and a dental cleaning. The reason why I'm writing is because the vet can't perform the procedure until late March. I naturally worry it may be a cancer or life threatening. I wanted a second opinion if it's fine to leave him waiting until March or if I should seek another surgery center.

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Dylan. I agree with his veterinarian's recommendations as far as the cleaning and the biopsy of the mass. It is frustrating that their surgery scheduled is booked out so far. The mass appears ulcerated and is possibly painful to Dylan. If possible, I would try to find another hospital you trust to have his procedure done sooner. If not, then keep your original appointment. I hope this information helps!
