My dog's spay stitches ripped open. Should I see a vet for infection?

Our dog was spayed on 1/6/21. Tonight some of her stitches ripped open when she had to be picked up due to another dog aggressively coming towards her. Do we need to see her vet to do more stitches? Do we just keep an eye on the incision for infection? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | spayed | 58 lbs

That looks like it's healing pretty well at this stage. Keep an eye on it for any redness, bleeding, seeping, swelling or her feeling sick or lethargic. Keep her confined, going outside only on a leash and only long enough to go potty for another week or so until she heals completely.
