My dog has a belly spot, not bothering her. Can I treat yeast at home?

My dog has spot on belly. Im thinking yeast infection. She isnt bothered by it. Is this something i can treat at home? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 4 years and 11 months old | 75 lbs

Hello. This is a very mild irritation, so if it is not bothering Pepper, it is best to leave things along. Using an inappropriate medicine, even an over the counter topical, can irritate things further.
