Hi guys. Our family dog hasn't seemed like himself lately. We noticed a few days ago that the skin on his chin leading to his chest is super Irritated and matted. Hopefully you can see the area clearly. Does this look like anything specific? The area looks really raw and a little funky :(((( please help! Cane Corso 9 months old

Hello. Poor Dicky has a pretty significant dermatitis going on. I do not see anything, but if he was wearing any kind of collar, including anything for fleas & ticks, do not put it back on him. This is advanced enough that Dicky should see a veterinarian. He may need antibiotics along with a steroid to calm the irritation. I do hope you can have him seen soon. Thanks for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
