Why does my dog keep getting diarrhea with no other symptoms?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 17 lbs

About two weeks ago I took my dog for her adequin injection she gets extremely anxious at the vet and we had to wait about 1 hour to be seen due to covid. The next day she got diarrhea and it lasted one day then about 5 days later she got it again and it lasted 2 days and today she has it again. I fasted her and gave her a dog diarrhea liquid. What could be the issue she hasnt had any change in diet. She has no other symptoms her appetite is there and she drinks plenty of water and no lethargy

It could be Poochie has a stomach illness causing her diarrhea, or she may have eaten something outside causing it. Sometimes these things can happen. I can give you a home remedy to see if that helps her. Feed her a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If the diarrhea continues on the bland diet, she refuses to eat the bland diet, she starts vomiting food, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away. Hello Rosie has had frequent bms today I would say around 6 yesterday she had about 3 she is drinking and eating normally I’m just concerned I plan on fasting her for 24 hours but I wanted a further opinion

Diarrhea does indicate a problem such as stomach upset, eating something rotten, a foreign body, or a GI illness. I can give you a home remedy for Luna to see if that helps. Your poor pup! The color of her diarrhea could be from eating a lot of grass, but it could also be from intestinal parasites, rat poisoning, or other illnesses. What are some of the ways I can do to relieve dog's diarrhea?
If there is no obvious cause of your dog’s diarrhea (like eating something he should not have) and he is not vomiting and eating normally, I would recommend feeding him a bland diet, like plain boiled chicken and rice, for the next 24 hours. If the diarrhea does not resolve within 2 days or you dog is vomiting or there is any blood in the stool you should take her to the vet as soon as possible.
