Oh no, poor Ollie. The swollen face could be from an accident, getting into something toxic, a fight, or an allergic reaction. I cannot say what is causing his symptoms without seeing him in person, but I can say for sure he needs to see a vet now to diagnose what is causing it. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Best of luck.

Swelling like you are describing can be due to a variety of reasons, including infection (such as an abscess), a problem with a tooth, a growth, or an allergic reaction, among others. I would recommend having him evaluated by a veterinarian, as medications (such as an antibiotic or an anti-inflammatory) or even a dental procedure may be necessary to help resolve it. Good luck!

This is an emergency. Your kitty could have a severe allergic reaction, or a snake bite or serious injury (maybe because of a collision with a car). He needs to be seen by a veterinarian right away. Please take him to a PetEr right now as this sounds life-threatening.

My kitten was very sleepy today and not going to the bathroom. He just recently woke up and went pee and poop, no diarrhea and normal in color, but his face is swollen on the left side under his eye and i think he may have been bitten or scratched by
This may be the start of an upper respiratory disease. They usually do have a fever and swollen lymph nodes (possibly causing the face to swell) early in the infection, which will make them feel bad. They also tend to avoid eating and drinking early in the infection. It appears that both sides of Blue's face are swollen, but if it happens that only one side is swollen, then this can indicate a local infection/abscess. This can happen with bite wounds, other puncture wounds, or dental disease. I wouldn't be too concerned about this being an emergency, but it's best if you can get Blue to a vet within the next day or two. While these infections are often mild, they can become complicated, which will make things much worse. The vet would be able to narrow-down the cause of this and prescribe the necessary treatment to make him feel better and keep the infection from getting worse. I hope this helps and Blue feels better soon.

Hi there I was just wondering what I could do to help this stray cat out that has been staying around my place for almost a month now their is other strays out there but he has been attacked badly and his right cheek is swollen and his eyes all weird
I am sorry to hear about this kitty! I would be concerned he could have an abscess https://veterinarypartner.vin.com/default.aspx?pid=19239&id=4951328 caused from a bite from another animal or possibly an infected tooth. Unfortunately this isn't something you can treat at home and he needs a veterinary examination. The abscess may need to be opened/drained and he may need medications to help treat it and make him comfortable. If you are unable to take on his care perhaps animal control or the humane society in your area would be able to help.

My cats eye is swollen
His eye does look swollen! He could have injured his eye or he could have an eye infection. The eye is such an important and delicate structure that any problem with it should be considered an emergency. That's because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I would take him into a vet immediately to diagnose what is causing his eye to be swollen so it can be treated.

My cat has been itchy since the morning. I check him and he is swollen below his jaw. What can I do?
Facial swelling can be caused by an allergic reaction to something such as an insect sting or spider bite, an abscess from an injury, or even an abscessed tooth (unlikely in such a young cat). I would encourage you to have him evaluated by your veterinarian as soon as possible. Depending on what the diagnosis is will determine what medications are recommended. My cat has vomited at least twice, has a swollen face and ragged breathing
It is extremely concerning that Peanut has a swollen face and ragged breathing, and I would be very concerned she could be experiencing an allergic reaction. It could also be that Peanut was attacked by another cat if she's allowed outdoors, and that could be causing the swollen face, breathing difficulties, and vomiting. When a cat is having problems breathing, it is a medical emergency and she has to be seen by a vet now. Cats face is swollen under jaw, has come on suddenly over 24 hours
A sudden swelling under the jaw could be an abscess. Typically these need to be seen by a vet; as they often need to be lanced/drained to get the pus and infection out; then started on antibiotics. Pain medication may be given as well. If he isn't eating, if he's acting lethargic or otherwise not feeling well (vomiting, diarrhea, any change in breathing) seek emergency care. If your vet's office is closed, they likely have a message with who to call or where to seek after hours care in the case of an emergency.
