My dog's Nexgard is late. Will they get fleas if I wait 3 days?

Hello. My dogs are due for their Nexgard today, but I am not able to get my prescription until Friday. Is it likely they will get fleas within those 3 days? Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Male | unneutered | 7.5 lbs

With it being cold in your part of the country right now, I'd say the chance of your dogs picking up fleas is much lower than it would be in the summer. If your indoor environment is clean and flea-free, you and they should be fine until Friday.
