My dog was pulling at my husbands fiberglass matt and she didn’t swallow the fiberglass. She CAN eat and drink. Her face is very swollen and right now she is discharging puss with blood in her mouth. She still runs and plays her temperature right now is 103.4 . Her face right now has an ointment for swelling. The napkin is the bloody discharge with puss in it

Hello. This needs to be addressed at your veterinarian. Topical ointment will not be effective for this kind of issue. She is going to need a prescription oral antibiotic and she may have to t pieces of fiberglass that need to be plucked out. The elevated temperature indicates a significant fever and is consistent with an infection. Oral antibiotics are needed. It is strongly recommended that you have your veterinarian look at her ASAP.
