My kitten is vomiting and wobbling like she's drunk. Is it urgent?

I rescued a kitten a month ago. In the last few days, she has vomited twice. Today, she wobbles, almost like she is drunk. She is approximately 7 months old, one eye is "lazy", and very tiny. No vets can see her until next week. What should I be watching for. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed

I'm really concerned about Des wobbling like she is drunk, as that can be a sign of something serious like getting into something toxic. I don't she can wait until next week to see a vet, I think she should see one now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies.
