Cat vomiting and diarrhea after moving. Is it stress or serious?

Two days ago, my cat vomited, then produced two large hair balls. Yesterday, he had vomitted and had diarrhea. Today: the same. Diarrhea color is a rich dark caramel, very runny. Puke is foamy, yellow and white. He has eaten, kept some down, has drank some water. He's an indoor/outdoor cat who has just been placed into a new home (which he was somewhat familiar with beforehand), so I'm unsure if this is stress or if he got into something outside. Should I take him to the vet hospital? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 10 lbs

I love his name, Kittopher is so clever! Poor guy. Yes, I would take him into the vet hospital. He sounds sick and I'm worried about him. I think it's best he gets checked out immediately. Poor guy. He's lucky to have you looking after him!
