My dog has random diarrhea but no other symptoms. Should I worry?

My dog just had a random diarrhea. I have attached a picture. Does it look bad to you? No other symptoms, she does eat grass when she is bored sometimes. I can’t make it to a vet so any help is appreciated. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 2 months old | 29 lbs

That doesn't look too loose so it may be a random GI upset. keep an eye on it and as long as she is behaving, eating, drinking like she always does then there probably isn't anything to worry about. If she does get sick, please do get her checked by a vet in case there is an underlying problem that is causing her diarrhea.
