My dog is vomiting and having diarrhea constantly for the past three days and acts as if she's got a fever what should I do?

This is very serious and Jasmine is quite sick. She may have something very serious going on like a pyometra. A pyometra is fatal without treatment. Your only option is to take her into a vet immediately. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Best of luck.

My dog is being sick and is unable to keep anything down including water. What shall i do?
Poor Daisy sounds very ill at the moment, I would take her into the vet immediately. I see that she isn't spayed, and she could be suffering from a pyometra which is an infection of the uterus. A pyometra is fatal without treatment. She could also have a severe GI illness, pancreatitis, a foreign body, or may have eaten something rotten or toxic. Because I can't see her in person, I can't rule out a pyometra and those are medical emergency. The best thing to do is take her into a vet now. The vet can diagnose what is causing her symptoms and can treat her as needed. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. These signs are compatible with a severe gastrointestinal infection.Unfortunately a check up would be the ideal solution as antibiotics may be needed to solve the possible infection and before clinical condition becomes critical. You can try to switch her diet to a more digestible one based on boiled chicken and rice but other than that a check up is really essential. My dog suddenly became very lethargic around the afternoon. She is vomiting, change in alertness, mild diarrhea, and has trouble standing.
It sounds as Fify is suffering from a serious gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need to have an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.

I would be very concerned about Bubbles, and take her into a vet immediately. I see that she isn't spayed, which means she can develop a life threatening infection of the uterus called a pyometra. A pyometra is fatal without treatment, and it causes vomiting, weakness, and lethargy, all signs she is showing. Without seeing her in person, I can't say for certain if she has one or not, but because of the seriousness of a pyometra I would take her into vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. My Puggle vomited three or four times today. She’s laying in bed shaking continuously and crying. I think she might have a fever. She’s panting though. As seen in the 2nd picture.

My 8 week old puppy just vomited and didn't move and then I got her up to eat and she is shaking and can't walk right at all. She was fine before she took a nap I don't think she got ahold of anything. What should I do ?
Poor Jasmine! It's hard to say what's wrong without being able to examine her and do some testing, but these are very concerning signs - you're right that she may have gotten into something toxic, or she may have had a seizure or some other neurologic problem. This may be a life-threatening problem, so I would recommend taking her to the vet immediately for an exam - he/she can do blood work or other testing if needed to help diagnose the problem and get her started on appropriate treatment.

Oh no, poor Princess! She has to see a vet as soon as possible, as she sounds quite sick. I see that she isn't spayed, and her symptoms could be caused by a pyometra. I would take Princess into an ER vet clinic or find a vet on call to see her now.

10yr coton de tulear, otherwise great health, ate grass and vomited wednesday night. I woke up Thursday morning to diarrhea on the floor, but she was eating regular food and treats and acting normal. however late Thursday night she had diarrhea again
Poor girl. These symptoms are suggestive of an internal illness (i.e. bacterial infection, kidney disease, liver disease, etc) for sure, and therfore its best to get Jace seen by your vet as soon as they open. If you can get her seen within the next 12-24 hrs, then that should be suitable enough. Continue to monitor her gums (should be nice and pink, if pale then it is an emergency), breathing (shortless of breath is an emergency) and energy level (severe lethargy and unresponsiveness is an emergency) for now. I hope that Jace is able tot get seen and can recovery from her illness soon! Best wishes and take care.
