Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 30 lbs
My dog has a small puss filled place on the outside of her vuvla. The puss released itself, and it doesn’t seem to bother her. I took into account maybe she is allergic to her food. She licks herself there frequently and scratches her skin a lot. I’ve now switched her from beef food, to chicken, and now trying grain free salmon and pea food. It’s hard for me to get her to a veterinarian as I’m low on cash at this moment. Any advice please?

Getting her seen by your vet is ideal, so you could get to the bottom of the cause for her skin issues. I certainly understand financial problems. A food trial is a good idea, and getting her off beef and chicken is a good move since those are the two most common food allergies. Until you can get her checked by a vet, keep her clean and dry and bathe her weekly in lukewarm water with a mild oatmeal based pet shampoo to soothe her skin.
