Blood is dripping and leaking out of cat’s butt. Also, a couple of accidents-pooping and pee not in the litter box. Would you consider this an emergency? Cat is 16 years old. Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | spayed | 16 years and 3 months old | 10 lbs
