My Shih Tzu is vomiting, won't eat, and sick. Should I go to the vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 3 months old | 16.6 lbs

My 2yr old shih tzu is not feeling well. No appetite, vomited 3x this morning.. pls help me, what do I do? I boiled some chicken and offered him milk. Still he wont eat

Poor Takumi. If you tried offering him chicken and he won't eat, that tells me he is quite sick and cannot be treated at home. He needs to see a vet immediately to get this diagnosed and treated. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Best of luck.
