I see the sores, and I would agree that antibiotics are likely needed. Since we can't prescribe medications through the platform, I would recommend that you have Huero examined by a vet to determine the cause for the sores (external parasites, autoimmune disease, endocrine disease, allergies, etc) and the best possible treatment.
