My dog took meloxicam, ketoconazole, Cerenia. Is this drug mix safe?

Pet's info: Dog | Coton de Tulear | Female | spayed | 13 years and 8 months old | 9.8 lbs

I gave my 10 pound dog oral meloxicam, ketoconazole, earlier today before 2:oopm and Cerenia just now 10:00 pm. For Pancreatitis pain??? Did I poison my dog?

These drugs, if given at appropriate dosages, should not interact. I guess cerenia was given for vomiting, so meloxicam is not indicated though. Why did you ketoconazole? It is not indicated in pancreatitis cases.
