Is a red spot on my French Bulldog puppy's eye a worm or vessel?

We have got a 10 week French bulldog. Hasnt had her 2nd vaccinations. Told she could go in the garden only until then. I have noticed a red small looking worm on her left eyeball. How do you know if its a worm/parasite, compared to swollen blood vessel? And how quickly should this be acted on? Thanks. Hi there, you're seeing a larger blood vessel in Lyla's eye. This is likely normal (the photographs appear normal to me), but if Lyla is showing any sign of discomfort with her eye (discharge, squinting, rubbing her eyes) or if the appearance of that blood vessel changes, then it's best to have a vet take a look.
