My spayed cat has yellow vaginal discharge. Is it normal or serious?

My spayed female cat has thick yellow discharge from her vagina. She does not have any other symptoms aside from bad breath. It has been one week since i noticed this. Is it normal or should i be worried? Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | spayed | 5 years old | 10 lbs
