My new puppy threw up kibble and bile. Should I call the vet?

Hi, my new puppy came home with me yesterday. He was fine, the breeder told us to feel him his kibble mixed with a wet food once in the morning and evening. He wolf's this down. Yesterday was ok but he isn't drinking much. Today he had his last meal at 5pm, a bit more water. He threw up at 1am in the crate, all kibble, then again at 2am, just white/yellow bile. Is this cause of concern? Pet's info: Dog | Cockapoo | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 15 days old
