Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | spayed | 11 years and 7 months old | 6 lbs
My dog keeps biting her inner thighs, belly and all the surrounding areas. After we went to the beach she also got bloody diarrhea with sand (she's 11 and it never happened before) and vomited a few times. She's been drinking but not eating, she's quite but is still excited to go for a walk and keeps asking for treats (I don't give her any at the moment).

Hi, and thanks for your question. This could be due to a contact dermatitis, possibly caused by seawater and sand. Severe gastrointestinal impaction and constipation or diarrhoea can result from the ingestion of sand. A check up is needed to confirm this clinical suspicion and treat appropriately.
