Rocky is a 3 year old male neutered Chihuahua mix who we adopted 2 weeks ago from a shelter. He was not fostered. Is there a way to train him to stop barking excessively? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 3 years old | 8 lbs
