My cat is straining to pee, has bloody urine, and mucus in poop. Help!

My has started urinating more but nothing comes out last night it started a light red show n she just pooped what looks like mucus. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 1 day old | 4 lbs
