My dog vomited yellow foam, now lethargic. Should I see a vet?

My dog was vomiting since around 5 pm last night and stoppped around 2 or 3 am this morning it was mostly yellow and white foamy today he has only drank very little water and a few pieces of chicken he has been lay down mostly I have an appointment with vet Monday is it to late should I go tonite? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 3 years and 1 month old | 28 lbs
