My dog barks constantly in his kennel. Is it separation anxiety?

My dog is nonstop barking in his kennel he barks when we leave and while we are home and all night long. He gets plenty of exercise and play time. We’ve tried to ignore it but it doesn’t work. He will continue to whine and cry. He does have another dog to play with. And he goes potty severo times a day. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 24 days old | 65 lbs
