Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | spayed | 9 years and 3 months old | 90 lbs
My 9 year old German Shepherd has been acting off the last day and a half. She has been very clingy, not wanting to leave our side. Even jumping onto the couch and into bed when she hasn’t done that in years. She also wanted to just lay outside, even if we weren’t out there with her, when typically she has to have one of us out there with her to be interested in staying out. Very unusual behaviors she’s exhibiting.

This change in behavior can indicate that Daisy is sick or may be in pain. Oftentimes, the first sign of illness in pets is a behavior change. Without seeing her in person, I cannot narrow down what is going on with her, but I do recommend watching her closely for the rest of the weekend. If she is still acting like this on Monday, I would take her into the vet for a health check. I hope this helps!
