My cat swallowed a thread from a toy. Should I take him to the vet?

My cat was playing with a ball on my sweatshirt hood when he got a loose thread from the ball. He swallowed it. See the below pictures. Should I take him to the hospital? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 4 months and 20 days old | 4.4 lbs

A thread like this should not cause Yuri any problems. You do not need to take him into the hospital, this should pass without issue. Just try to make sure he doesn't swallow any more. I hope this helps.
