My puppy's losing hair and his neck is bleeding. What can I do?

When I got my puppy, he had hair missing from his back paws, tail, and his neck. However, his neck was bleeding a little today and he lost some more hair. I was wondering what I could do to stop him from losing his hair? Because it looks like he is going to lose more from his neck. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered
