My anxious dog rubbed his face raw in crate. Does he need vet care?

Hi! My dog has severe anxiety and he did this to his face yesterday while he was in his crate for a short period of time. I have been cleaning it but I am wondering if it requires vet attention? I believe he was rubbing his face up against the side of the crate. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 60 lbs

Poor Tobias, that looks sore, especially on top of his nose! I'm concerned about that getting infected, so yes I think it's worth a vet visit. I'd take him into the vet in the morning. I hope this helps!
