Our pup, has developed these lumps on his paws, and now are spreading up his legs. I first noticed them yesterday morning 9/4/2020. (Until I got down on his level I just thought they were spots of mud.) The lumps are enlarging, somewhat - they are above the skin. I haven’t observed any oozing, and my pup isn’t biting or scratching at them. Nor does it seem to bother him when I touch them. His appetite is normal, as well as his daily activity. Also, our other pets are clear from lumps.

This is likely to be due to a fungal or bacterial infection. An immediate check up at your local vets would be necessary, combined with some skin testing (like hair plugs and culture) to confirm these suspicions.
