My cat has ringworm. We started lime sulfur dips. What's next?

I adopted a cat four weeks ago from a shelter in Fort Bragg CA. He is in good health, about 3 years old, but just found out he has ringworm. We are a one cat household, no kids, no immunocompromised adults. The cat has three small lesions on the back of his head and back, hard to see because of his thick fur. We dipped him in lime sulfur on Sunday, and spent eight hours cleaning everything he touched. What do we do next? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 2 years and 10 months old | 9 lbs

Hello. Continue the lime sulfur dips 1-2 times weekly until all of the lesions have healed. This may take 2-6 weeks, but since you have thoroughly cleaned the house, you do not need to do this again.
