My dog has recurring round spots on belly/legs. Is it ringworm?

My dog has several round lesions of his belly and legs. I think he might have ringworm. I have been spraying the areas with 1% ketoconazole and they seem to clear up but come back in different spots. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 1 year and 5 months old | 90 lbs
