My dog got hit by a car like 3 days ago and there hard lumps formed on her belly that are getting bigger and bigger every hour she’s a pug 4months old. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 12 days old | 10 lbs

You need to take her urgently to the vet, her abdominal wall is tared and what you are seeing is likely her internal organs coming out of the abdominal wall just under the skin, she won't survive long if you don't take her right away.
