My FIV cat has severe congestion & mouth breathing. Is HomeoPet safe?

My cat has FIV and really bad congestion right now (he’s breathing out of his mouth). I found a at home pet nasal spray called HomeoPet and I am wondering if it is safe for my cat. Or if there is any other home remedies I can use to help my cats congestion.

Poor Jeeves. Breathing out of the mouth is not normal for cats, and it can indicate respiratory distress. This is not something I would recommend treating at home, and this homeopathic remedy will not help him. He needs to see a vet immediately to get medication to clear up his congestion. Please take him into a vet now.
