My 3-month-old kitten is sick, not eating, and won't play. Should I go to vet?

I have a 3 month old kitten who isn't playing, purring, or eating. She just lays curled up in a little ball. Her ears are cool to the touch but the rest of her body feels warm. She isn't really responding much when touched. Cried when I tried to pick her up. Should I take her to a veterinary hospital?

Absolutely. If she is ordinarily playful, normal kitten behavior, her lethargy may be a sign of illness or injury. Your vet will do an exam, probably labwork, possibly x-rays if indicated, and based on these results will be better able tot ell you what is wrong and how best to treat it.
