My dog seems pregnant at 30 days. Is it real or a false pregnancy?

I think my dog may be 30 days pregnant, though she did only tie once. She seems to be showing a slight baby bump, teats don't seem too enlarged, she's been real lazy but will still go for walks and hasn't really been wanting anything but meat. Is this true pregnancy or could this be a false pregnancy. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 4 months old

This is more likely to be due to a real pregnancy. Definitive confirmation can be obtained by your local veterinarian by performing an abdominal ultrasound. From day 36-40 of pregnancy x rays will be diagnostic as well.
