My dog has hives and is on Apoquel, but they're spreading. What to do?

My dog has hives and i took her to vet and they prescribed her apoquel and she’s been on it for a few days and it was clearing up but now it has spread to her face. She is eating and acting normal. What should i do? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 55.5 lbs

Hello and thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Please, get in touch with your local vets as Nova may need Apoquel dose to be increased or alternatively a short course of steroids to get the allergic reaction under control again.
