Why is my Chihuahua vomiting foamy fluid and constipated?

my 9 lb 8 year old Chihuahua is vomiting foamy fluid, she appears to be constipated and when she drinks water she vomits it up within 5 minutes. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 9 lbs

She is likely either suffering from a gastrointestinal infection or a foreign body ingestion, you will need to take her to your vet ASAP to get an injection to stop the vomiting to start with, your vet will check her and decide if more tests are needed for diagnosis.
