My cat hunts. Will it affect his rabies titer for Hawaii move?

My cat Tigger and I are moving to Hawaii, he got his second rabies on June 5th, 2020, and on July 31st, 2020 he got a rabies antibody test FAVN for the move to Hawaii. He is an outdoor/indoor cat that likes to hunt and kill squirrels, rabbits, birds, and lizards. Is this going to affect my cats ability to get a 0.5 IU/mL or greater? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 12.5 lbs
