My black lab has some mucus in her right eye. Beyond the normal. She is also sneezing sometimes.

Hello. Sugar may have a mild upper respiratory infection. If she is eating well & is acting, playing normally, just take a little warm water & clean the eye as necessary. If you notice this eye to be redder than the other one, &/or she seems to be squinting with that eye, then there could be some conjunctivitis going on & she may need to be examined. Labs are famous for picking up tiny foreign bodies underneath their third eyelid. This can cause pretty intense irritation, so if her eye does not seem to be improving over the next few days, or the discharge intensifies, please contact your veterinarian.
