Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Nala. Yes, she could certainly be pregnant after being stuck three times with your male dogs. Wait 45 days after last getting stuck, then take her into the vet to confirm if she is pregnant with x-rays. The x-rays will also tell you how many puppies she is carrying. I hope this helps!

    Wait 45 days from the time you saw the male dog in your yard, then have x-rays done on Medusa at the vet's office. That will confirm if she is pregnant or not, and how many puppies she is carrying if she is pregnant.

Hi and thanks for posting on Boop by Petco! Around day 30 of pregnancy is typically when you can detect the puppies on an ultrasound. I would wait 3-4 weeks and have Nala seen by her veterinarian to confirm with ultrasound. I hope this helps!

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! If she stood for mating and was in heat then yes she is likely pregnant. I would assume she was in season. You can have an ultrasound done at 28 days and/or X-rays find at 50 days to confirm pregnancy. Dogs are pregnant for 60-63 days. Good luck!

Hello. It is tough to tell without an x-ray or ultrasound exam. It is very possible that the male still had viable sperm in his reproductive tract ( sperm can remain viable for 3-4 weeks in the accessory sex glands of a recently neutered male ). It could be a false pregnancy, but more likely she did become pregnant from the recently neutered male dog. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

Thank you for contacting Boop by Petco with your question. There is a chance of pregnancy, but the best time for a dog is get is pregnant is between day 9-11 of their cycle. Given it's been 22 days, it makes it less likely, but there is still a chance. I'd wait 30 days, then take her into the vet to get blood drawn to check for the hormone relaxin, which occurs when a dog is pregnant. I hope this helps.

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! It is a possibility but dogs can also have fake pregnancies- all the signs of a pregnancy but with no fetuses. I recommend taking her to a vet for an exam. They can take an X-ray 45 days after mating or look sooner with an ultrasound. Good luck and kisses to Luna!

HI, thanks for using Boop by Petco! Normal pregnancy length in dogs is 60-63 days. If she mated right before adoption then she could be pregnant. Puppy heart beats can be detected on ultrasound at 28 days gestation and we can see their skeletons on X-rays around 50 days. She could be pregnant or she could be suffering from a false pregnancy which occurs after they have a heat cycle from a hormonal imbalance. This imbalance causes the body to think it is pregnant when it actually isn't. The dog can develop mammary glands, produce milk, nest, carry stuffed animals around like babies, act anxious. It resolves with in 2-3 months. I would make an appointment with your Vet to see if you can confirm or deny pregnancy. I wish you the best!

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! It is possible for a female dog that is in heat to get pregnant even if they didn't tie. It all depends on whether the male dog ejaculated or not. You can run a pregnancy test and/or an ultrasound at 28 days or have an X-ray done at day 50. Write down the date when they mated. Dogs are pregnant for 60-63 days. I hope this helps!

Thank you for using Boop by Petco! Rain is so adorable! Dogs go through a heat cycle only twice a year or so, so the chances that Rain got pregnant from one incident at the dog park are rather slim. Mating in dogs takes about 20 minutes, and typically involves a "tie" which includes the dogs standing with their rear ends together. If Rain were to be pregnant, 9 months is not too young and she can very well have an absolutely normal pregnancy. I hope this helps and am happy to answer any other questions you may have!

Hello. It is possible that she may only be carrying a small litter, or she may not be pregnant at all. Your veterinarian may be able to palpate for fetuses, but the best way to see if she is pregnant & to know how many puppies she may have is to have an x-ray done. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

The gestation period for dogs is around 60 days long, so if she were mated on March 6th, she may indeed be pregnant and is getting close to giving birth to her pups. To be sure, you can have Honeii seen by her veterinarian for an exam and x-ray or ultrasound to confirm the pregnancy. I hope this helps!
