My dog's stomach is making VERY loud, almost constant gurgling noises. In addition, he is quite anxious - moving from place to place, going under my desk while im there, etc). He ate breakfast 4 hours ago. His stomach had been light gurgling off and on this past month. American Bulldog/Boxer - 7 years old. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 7 years old | 72 lbs

Hello and thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. It sounds that Dwight has gastrointestinal problem. Please, try a bland diet for him for 4-5 days (cooked lean meat with rice or pasta would be the best). That should help for mild stomach upset and pancreas inflammation. However, if there is no improvement to the light diet, you should take Dwight to your local vets for full clinical examination and possibly a blood test to check his liver and pancreas function.
