My kitten's eye infection and sneezing returned. What can I do?

My new kitten looks like he has his right eye infected and sneezes a little bit. He was on previous medication for a cold and eye drops. I think it came back

Many times these are caused by chronic viral upper respiratory infections. I would talk to the vet about a different or additional treatment, as well as supplementing with Lysine to try to break the virus replication cycle. You can use a wet washcloth to gently clean around the eye.
